Checklist for AB Mortgage Loans
We give below the documentation that is most likely to be required for the processing of your Mortgage Loan Request.
- Pay stubs covering an entire month’s wages
- W-2s in respect of the last 2 years
- Tax Returns for the last 2 years for self employed persons; inclusive of all schedules
(Please note that tax returns will have to be provided, also in cases where rental income, dividends and commissions are counted for the purpose of qualifying.)
- Addresses together with telephone numbers of all the employers for whom you had worked for the last 2 years
- Addresses together with telephone numbers of all the landlords (if any) for the last 2 years
- A copy of your DD214 form
- The original of the AB Certificate of Eligibility issued to you. (If you do not have one already, we can assist you to get one)
- Copies of all pension, social security and/or letters of retirement awards (where applicable)
- Statements of all your Bank Accounts for the past 2 months
- Documentation in support of your funds to close
- Explanations in respect of adverse credit (where applicable)
- Bankruptcy and discharge documentation (where applicable)
- A Decree of divorce and settlement documentation (where applicable)
